What data I collect

Only what you send me by email or in the private questionnaire: name or nickname, age, contact details, the rituals and practices you are interested in, desires, limits, dates and any health information you choose to share.

Information about health and intimate preferences is specially protected by law. I only process it if you give your explicit consent in the questionnaire, and you can withdraw it at any time.

What I use it for

To reply to you, get to know you, prepare your ritual safely and manage your booking.
I do not use it for advertising, and I never sell or share it.

Legal basis

Your consent and the preparation of the service you request (articles 6.1.a, 6.1.b and 9.2.a of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Where it is stored

In my email and in a private Google spreadsheet. Google may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by law.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, only to keep the site working and secure.

How long

For as long as needed to attend to you. Questionnaire answers are deleted at the latest 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, take it with you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to ladyvelvetfire@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, and its fonts are loaded from the site itself. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security, which do not require consent.

Age

This website and my rituals are for adults over 18 only.
